What’s your Tipico story?
My Tipico journey began in May 2024, shortly after moving from Mexico to Germany. On a walk to the supermarket, I spotted a Tipico shop- bold, modern, and full of energy. The name instantly resonated with me, and I felt curious.
Having worked with top brands before, I was naturally drawn to Tipico’s dynamic presence. When I saw a marketing role open (CRM Lifecycle Specialist), I didn’t hesitate. Even though the industry was new to me, I embraced the challenge and I’m glad I did.
Joining Tipico meant more than starting a job, it meant becoming part of a bold, fast-moving team that’s always aiming higher.
What’s your daily pitch like?
My day kicks off with a quick check of my to-do list and some essential monitoring to make sure our campaigns are performing smoothly. Once that’s done, I get to work based on the current priorities of the projects I’m involved in—there’s always something exciting on the table! Meetings and team syncs are part of the rhythm, keeping us aligned and energized.
As a CRM Lifecycle Specialist, I design and execute campaign journeys from the ground up. It’s a full-circle marketing process—from understanding audience segments and defining logic, to crafting engaging content, selecting the right channels, testing, launching, and monitoring. Behind every step is a clear goal: delivering the best possible experience to our customers through smart, data-driven communication.
What was the best moment of your recruitment experience?
The best moment was the interview with the Lifecycle team. The conversation was truly enriching, not only did I get to share my experience, but they were also very open in explaining the team’s goals, challenges, and achievements with a level of transparency that really impressed me. From that moment, I had a clear understanding of what was expected of me and felt excited to be part of such a collaborative and driven team.

What makes Tipico special is the shared drive for continuous improvement. Everyone’s ideas are heard, and there’s a genuine willingness to find ways to bring them to life. What was surprising, once you started working here?
I was genuinely surprised by the office spaces in both Malta and Germany - they’re the best I’ve ever worked in. They’re modern, full of natural light, and designed with well-being and sustainability in mind. What stood out most is how both locations share the same spirit and style, making you feel at home no matter where you are.
As you know, we believe in getting better every day. How would you describe yours since you’ve been working here?
Even though I was new to the industry, I was welcomed with open arms. My commitment to learning quickly paid off, and after a year and a half, I’ve mastered the core functions of our team. I’ve also been able to contribute with my previous experience, bringing innovation and agility to our processes. It’s been a two-way learning journey that has helped me grow and added value to the team.
