Your daily pitch

You believe in the strength and importance of processes? You have the experience to develop an in depth understanding, analyse and improve business overarching processes? Then the role of Business Process Owner (m/f/x) within our Commercial Operations Team might be exactly what you are looking for!  The future role holder plays a critical role in our organisation. Reporting to the Director of Business Process Excellence, you will be ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our processes within all our business areas and locations while minimising disruption to the customer and business.

Your playing field

• Develop an  in-depth understanding and take ownership of assigned processes, including their purpose, steps, and stakeholders involved.
• You will be assessing and identifying process bottlenecks, as well as opportunities for improvement.
• Setting up and document detailed process maps for the assigned processes to create best practice.
• You will be collaborating with other stakeholders and  business functions to ensure alignment on the requirements for implementation.
• Measure process effectiveness by tracking key performance indicators.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Qualification.  You are holding a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics or any related field or you bring relevant work experience. 
• Experience.  You bring some years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming or Payments industry. A background in a Product or experienced Customer Operations role within the gaming industry would also be of interest.
• Process.  Implementing and optimising processes across business units.
• Language Skills.  English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills would be beneficial.
• Analytical skills.  You have   excellent business and commercial acumen and combine the big picture view with high attention to detail. Your analytical skills are therefore on high level.
• Collaboration.  Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business processes are fully aligned.
• Ownership.  You own and take full responsibility of the processes and know the ins and outs.
• Resilience.  You are not deterred by being challenged by colleagues, but you are also confident in your skills to challenge colleagues where it is appropriate.
• Customer centric.  Customer satisfaction is your priority.   You design and deliver solutions with them on your mind.
