WHAT’S YOUR TIPICO STORY?

Hi I'm Daniel Ginsberg, I started at Tipico back at the beginning of this year as Retail B2C Team Lead where I am responsible for our Retail CRM/Marketing Program and communication with our Franchise Partners

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN OUR #ONETEAM?

I enjoy working with German Customers and especially in this industry. As the biggest sport betting operator in Germany, I had no choice but to join Tipico 😊

Tell us about your newly set up department

This is a newly set up department, CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. Means, we are keeping track of customer activity and planning all campaigns and marketing related projects for our customers. And I am specialised for our Retail Business in Germany. We are a small team with a lot of responsibility. This requires open communication and working as a team, which I enjoy a lot.

WHAT WAS THE BEST MOMENT OF YOUR RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE?

I enjoyed the interviews a lot as Tipico does not just follow a typical interview pattern. My interview was fun and I had the feeling that it was more like an open conversation which I enjoyed a lot. I felt respected and the questions asked showed me that my future manager is very experienced and knew what he was looking for. So I got the feeling tha the interviews are well prepared and adjust to the interview

What do you like most about working here?

For sure, the friendly environment and the support we get from the management but Tipico also offers a flexible working environment. We can work from home if necessary but also spend time together in the office to get the most out of our team interactions.

What was surprising, once you started working here?

How amazing and well-structured the onboarding was also the provided training was excellent.

AS YOU KNOW, WE BELIEVE IN PROGRESS. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURS SINCE YOU’VE BEEN WORKING HEre?

I became very strong in my field thanks to the provided help and support form my colleagues. We are a small group but very well connected.
