Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

Your playing field:

  • Sourcing, interviewing and offering positions to external and/or internal candidates for Business Framework and Online roles
  • Strong partnership with the group talent acquisition manager to develop and execute the group wide talent acquisition strategy
  • Partnering with the management team to proactive address the current and future staffing needs, and support the business goals
  • Building a positive candidate experience in order to build a strong talent brand
  • Supporting Group Employer Branding and Marketing efforts when required together with the talent acquisition operations lead

Requirements

Which skills should bring to the pitch:

  • You have at least 4 years’ experience in recruitment – agency experience would be considered a plus
  • You have experience in attracting candidates from different job-families as: Finance, Legal, HR, Online Marketing, CRM, etc.
  • You are familiar with the latest recruitment trends and developments in the online/iGaming industry
  • You are fluent in English – German would be considered as a big plus
  • You are focused on customer satisfaction and your stakeholder management skills are awesome
  • You are a Team player and able to work independently with a minimum of supervision
  • You have a proactive work approach – You love to build your own candidate pipelines
