Reward Analyst (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

Would you consider yourself an Excel guru?  Does the idea of modelling data from multiple sources put a smile on your face?  In this role, you will analyze data and generate insights in order to ensure our rewards align to our business goals and remain competitive within the local market.  You are self-motivated and detail oriented with a strong orientation to data analytics, project management, and teamwork.

Your playing field: 

Will consist of…

  • Maintaining accurate reward data from multiple sources in collaboration with colleagues from different entities
  • Supporting annual salary reviews and variable incentive processes
  • Providing reward analytics and reports; highlighting trends and insights for key employee reward life-cycle events
  • Working with the team to streamline reward reports and ensure the quality of information provided to stakeholders
  • Responsible for promoting and monitoring the consistent and correct use of payroll information across the Tipico Group
  • Working with the HR team in relation to the ongoing management of the corporate grading system
  • Ensuring that the Reward and Compensation data is kept up-to-date and aligned with the Financial Budgets and execute reports as required

Requirements

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Demonstrated capacity for gathering & scrutinizing reward data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and business solutions
  • Expert level Excel skills, including excel modelling
  • Experience with grading, levelling and external compensation data (salary reports). Willis Towers Watson experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills with very strong attention to detail
  • Committed to providing accurate data and reports
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (German language skills would also be considered advantageous)
