Retail Talent Acquisition Lead – DACH

Key Responsibilities

Your playing field:

  • Implementing detailed sourcing / attraction strategies for timely and cost effective delivery of resources into our Retail pillar
  • Partnering with the retail Leadership team to proactive address the Retail pillar’s current and future staffing needs, and support business goals
  • Sourcing, interviewing and offering positions to external and/or internal candidates for selected senior Retail roles
  • Effectively managing a team of Talent Acquisition specialists through strong KPIs and team / people development initiatives
  • Building a positive candidate experience
  • Supporting Group Employer Branding and Marketing efforts when required


What should you bring to the team?

  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience in Germany – RPO / Agency background desired
  • Ability to manage a team currently based in different locations
  • Be familiar with the latest recruitment trends and developments in the German Retail industry
  • Fluency in German and a good knowledge of English are essential
  • Focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Team player and ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
  • Proactive work approach
  • Willingness to travel (30% national travel)
