Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist (Maternity Coverage) – (m/f/x)

Key Responsibilities

Your playing field:

Will consist of…

  • Articulates strengths and weaknesses associated with current process and promotes standard functional use of Navision
  • Ensures projects are envisioned, designed, developed, and implemented following database best practices
  • Provide quality assurance on Nav Development and documentation
  • Support Business Partners, Analysts, BI, software development, POs and OPS teams on interfacing different packages related questions/projects
  • Monitors current and future trends, technology and information in the database space that will positively affect organizational projects
  • Code review, quality technical configuration and integration review
  • Design reviews and data migration plans and assist in the deployment plan
  • Solution testing, roll-outs and production deployment
  • Support users in their daily tasks

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Bachelors’ degree in IT or equivalent qualification
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar finance systems role
  • Good problem solving, numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly competent in MS applications especially Excel and Microsoft SQL server database maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Navision software or similar software application
  • Experience working in an online, gaming or fast-moving industry is beneficial
  • General financial knowledge and understanding
  • Ability to write technical specifications
  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English, oral and written – essential
  • Fluent in Maltese and/or German, oral and written – desirable
