Audience Analyst (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

The Audience Analyst is responsible for leading the implementation and audience development for our digital acquisition offers. The role holder will define strategies on how to use first party data across Tipico’s digital inventory, whilst continuously gathering new data to enhance these strategies.

Your daily playground:

  • Conduct audience management for paid and owned media, cross channel customer engagement, testing and measurement
  • Conduct analyses using multiple data sources to develop audience-based testing
  • Manage and develop processes and frameworks to leverage acquisition marketing automation
  • Work with internal or external data management teams to collect online data, support data onboarding and data integration
  • Capture and document requirements and opportunities based on insights gained


Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in analytics, preferably in database marketing
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent web analytics skills
  • Fluent in English, oral and written – essential
  • Fluent in German, oral and written – desirable
