Focusing on building Tipico’s product that meets our customers needs. Our Product team defines the ‘what’ and ‘why’ striving to achieve the best sports betting experience together with our tech partners.
Customer Experience
Owning the customer facing experience of our digital products (such as design of customer journeys, information architecture, UX/UI and product copy), we are a centralized team who simplify and improve our customers’ experience across all our digital touchpoints.
Data
Data is a key player advancing our product every single day. They offer exposure to and collaboration with all technology and business areas whilst working with a state-of-the-art tool stack and fast agile methodology.
Software Development
We are software centric, taking full ownership of the lifecycle from design to high frequent releases to monitoring in production. Working on customer facing applications, we work with true agile methodology to design for high throughput and low latency in a modern, dockerized microservice cloud architecture.
