You will increase customer retention and engagement with a focus on our Games product through excellent multi-channel communication and event driven ad-hoc promotions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement of customers with refreshing, perfectly executed campaigns and relevant communication cycles. The HR Business Partner will join the HR Team to collaborate with the stakeholders across the Services, and Digital units in all the various aspects of employee relations and people management. The Sportsbook Support Agent is responsible for the settlement and control of all pre-match offered sport events, long term bets and special bets, and is also providing operational support to internal teams within Tipico Group via the betting hotline. Du verstehst die Sprache der Wissenschaft? Du kannst komplexe Inhalte auch für Nicht-Experten verständlich machen? Als unser Regulatory Research Manager (m/w/d) bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Forschung, Politik und Praxis. Du übersetzt komplexe wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse in klare, umsetzbare Punkte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und stellst sicher, dass regulatorische Maßnahmen nicht nur politisch umsetzbar sind, sondern auch klar auf fundierter Forschung basieren.

Dein Spielfeld

Du analysierst Studien, wissenschaftlichen Debatten und unterstützt unsere Teams Chancen im wissenschaftlich-politischen Umfeld schnell zu erkennen.
Du steuerst und koordinierst Forschungsprojekte und Studien im Bereich Glücksspiel.
Du analysierst wissenschaftliche Literatur und setzt systematische Reviews wie ein Profi um.
Du bereitest komplexe Inhalte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen auf und gibst klare und evidenzbasierter Empfehlungen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Verbänden, Forschungseinrichtungen, politischen Akteuren sowie internen Stakeholdern zusammen.

Damit punktest du bei uns

Qualifikation. Du bringst einen Bachelor oder Masterabschluss in Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie, Politikwissenschaften, Mathematik oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung mit.
Expertise. Du hast bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft und Politik sammeln können, zum Beispiel im wissenschaftlichen Dienst und/oder bringst Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position aus einem stark regulierten Umfeld mit.
Analytisches Mindset. Deine ausgeprägten Analyse- und Forschungsfähigkeiten paarst du mit solidem Methodenwissen, kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich kommunizieren und arbeitest selbstständig sowie strukturiert.
Tools. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Tools, insbesondere Excel und hast auch bereits Erfahrung im Einsatz gängiger analytischer Tools sammeln können (i.e. Tableau, Power BI).

Your daily pitch

The Lead FP&A Cycle Analyst is a key player in the Group FP&A Team - someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and brings a true championship mindset to the game. Your playing field

Lead the strategic 3–5 year cycle - understanding market trends, shaping direction, and driving cross-functional alignment

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

Education. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s, MBA, CFA, or fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
Experience. 5+ years in a similar FP&A or finance role, ideally within an online, gaming, or fast-paced industry.
Technical Skills. Highly proficient in SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience in financial modelling using advanced functions and pivot tables.
Stakeholder Management. Strong influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently challenge and align stakeholders.
Analytical Mind. You think strategically, dive deep into data, and translate insights into clear, impactful decisions.
Communication. Fluent in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus. You communicate clearly, structure your thinking, and adapt your style to different audiences.

As our Head of HR Business Partnering — you’ll lead, coach and develop our team of HR Business Partners to deliver a best-in-class support across our international locations. You own and deliver the people strategy across all organisational pillars, working hands-on with leaders to boost organisational effectiveness, build leadership capability, and embed a high-performance culture that scales with our growth ambitions. You’ll translate strategy into measurable HR programs, advise senior leadership on talent, succession and performance, and lead people-centric change to accelerate business outcomes.

Your playing field:

Partner with the Director of HR to design and execute the people strategy, ensuring alignment with Tipico-wide goals and culture.
Support organizational growth and transformation initiatives, including scaling digital capabilities, integrating new technologies, and evolving ways of working.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on org design, talent, succession, and performance; identify structural and process bottlenecks and implement practical fixes to speed decisions, clarify roles, and boost team impact.
Manage and resolve sensitive and complex employee relations issues, recommending risk-free solutions to ensure that best HR practices are being adopted.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent standards of delivery and strategic alignment.
Partner with business leaders to improve engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory and labour law requirements.
Provide oversight and governance for employee relations cases, workforce planning, and restructuring activities.
Work closely in collaboration with the HR senior leadership team including HR operations, HR centre of excellence, talent acquisition and learning & development.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experienced. At least 10 years’ HR Business Partnering experience, with at least 3-5 years in a people management role
Industry experience. Experience of working in an online, gaming, or fast-moving industry is required
Hard-skilled. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Data Driven. Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to make people decisions.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage and negotiate with stakeholders and partners.
Languages. Our #oneteam consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is the way we communicate within the company. German would be considered an asset as we are the German market leader.
