You will increase customer retention and engagement with a focus on our Games product through excellent multi-channel communication and event driven ad-hoc promotions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement of customers with refreshing, perfectly executed campaigns and relevant communication cycles. Your focus is on customer engagement by constant optimization of customer communication, website content and user experience.

Your playing field:

Build campaigns and user journeys using CRM and CMS tools.
Plan and execute promotions, including setup across various gaming supplier back offices.
Write marketing copy, manage campaign assets, launch ad hoc campaigns based on KPI performance.
Manage and optimize automated customer lifecycle communications across all channels, aligned with website content.
Create targeted personalized bonus campaigns for relevant user segments.
Research market trends and monitor competitor campaigns, promotions, and communication strategies.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

Experience. You have 2+ years experience in the iGaming/regulated digital industry.
Analytical. Strong analytical skills with large amounts of data and excellent attention to detail.

Languages.

Your playing field

You are leading the strategic planning process at business unit and department level from bi-annual planning to monthly reporting.
Define the scope, goals, deliverables, cost, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones together with the Senior Management Team.
You prepare, moderate and keep minutes of monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings.
From conception and planning through to execution and results: you take end-to-end responsibility for projects, manage risks, issues and change control, ensuring regular communication to the project team.
Manage project team members and be the central interface to all stakeholders and involved departments.
Make recommendations on solutions in order to resolve issues.
Continuously develop the PMO department’s processes, tools and best practice.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

Qualification. You are holding a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree.
Experience. You bring relevant (2-3 years) experience from a similar role or as a management consultant.
Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are desirable.

Your playing field

Drive investigations, review Source of Wealth and Source of Funds documents, and ensure every move complies with regulations.
Apply the 4-eye principle to key AML procedures, making sure accuracy and risk control stay at the top of the game.
Investigate accounts, run multiple account checks, and stay alert on PEP and Sanctions monitoring to spot risks before they score.
Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers, ensuring risks are properly assessed, documented, and mitigated.
Compile and deliver Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to authorities, tracking accounts with precision and keeping compliance goals in sight.
Promote a compliance-first culture by guiding colleagues and customers on AML/KYC best practices, ensuring everyone plays by the rules.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch

Education. Higher secondary or above.
Experience. At least 2 years in an AML role, ideally within the iGaming arena.
Language skills. Fluent in English; You'll get extra points if you speak German.
Knowledge. Strong understanding of AML regulations and guidelines, with sharp skills in processing and interpreting data.

Experience. At least 2 years in online gambling, working in a similar role under German market regulations.
