Your playing field

Partner with the Product Lead to define and execute the area product strategy for authentication and access, balancing conversion, security, and compliance
Own the discovery-to-delivery lifecycle across the domain — login, MFA, biometric/passwordless, account recovery, email and phone verification, B2B APIs, S2S auth, session security, and the login risk layer (interception, GeoIP, VPN blocking). Familiarity with OAuth 2.1, JWT, passwordless, and passkeys is a big plus
Write clear Product Requirement Documents using AI copilots to accelerate drafting, user-story generation, acceptance criteria, competitive teardowns, and documentation
Define and instrument the metrics that matter — login success rate, MFA challenge/abandon rates, account-recovery success, p95 auth latency, etc.
Own UAT, story sign-off, and quality across functional, security, and edge-case scenarios
Work with UX/Design on wireframes and specifications, optimising for low-friction, accessible, and secure flows
Partner across Compliance, Risk/Fraud, Security, Customer Service, Commercial, and Bookmaking to collect, prioritise, and reconcile requirements
Champion AI Agentic mindset, particularly for risk scoring, anomaly detection, and adaptive MFA including responsible application in a licensed context

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

Knowledge. University degree in Computer Science or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years as a (Technical) Product Manager using Scrum/Agile delivery
Technical background. Working understanding of SOA/microservices, RESTful API design, and OAuth/OIDC at a level where you can review and reason about the team’s implementation. Familiarity with authentication, MFA, and session management

As the central captain, the Team Lead Data Engineering (m/f/x) is accountable for building and operating our essential, reliable data services and platforms (Data Lake, DWH, etc.), ensuring the business has trusted data for every major play. You manage, coach, and mentor a squad of Data Engineers, driving high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with company objectives. You closely partner with stakeholders (Product, Operations, Compliance) to ensure the data strategy effectively and securely supports us to win the match.

Your playing field:

Lead, coach, and mentor our Data Engineering squad, actively fostering a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performance winning culture.
Oversee the entire data supply chain, from design to operation of mission-critical data pipelines (batch and real-time). You ensure peak scalability, blazing performance, and strict adherence to SLAs.
Act as the ultimate assurance gate, guaranteeing end-to-end data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the Data Platform to power reliable reporting, precise analytics, and meet all regulatory outputs.
Seamlessly translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications and concrete delivery plans, partnering strategically with Product Managers, Architects, and key stakeholders.
Align all data engineering practices with group standards, relentlessly driving security, compliance, and operational excellence across every process.
Lead the charge in automation, optimisation, and innovation within data processing to continuously boost performance and maximize cost-efficiency.
Actively contribute to the Data Department’s roadmap and objectives, providing leadership support for strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Education. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or a closely related quantitative field.
Experience. Minimum of 5+ years of experience successfully managing and leading large-scale data projects and high-performing data engineering team(s) in a similar role.
Big Data Is Your Thing. From AWS Redshift, S3 and EMR to Airflow, Kafka, Spark, Iceberg and Hudi - designing scalable data models and pipelines that turn massive datasets into business value.
Engineering Excellence. You bring robust ETL/ELT engineering skills, hands-on experience with analytics/time-series technologies (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch), and strong coding abilities in Java, Scala or Python.
Modern Engineering Environment. You thrive in modern engineering environments - Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and know how to build cloud-first, production-ready data systems.
Trusted Partner. We need a natural team player with exceptional stakeholder management and strong negotiation skills. You must be a confident decision-maker and a rigorous problem-solver who thrives on finding the optimal path forward for the team.

Your playing field

Lead the strategic 3–5 year cycle - understanding market trends, shaping direction, and driving cross-functional alignment
Lead the annual planning cycle - ensuring consistency with strategy, challenging stakeholders, and preparing executive and Board materials
Lead the monthly cycle - reporting, analysis, forecasting, and delivering business insights
Lead strategic benchmarking of Tipico against industry competitors

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

Education. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s, MBA, CFA, or fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
Experience. 5+ years in a similar FP&A or finance role, ideally within an online, gaming, or fast-paced industry.
Technical Skills. Highly proficient in SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience in financial modelling using advanced functions and pivot tables.
Stakeholder Management. Strong influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently challenge and align stakeholders.
Analytical Mind. You think strategically, dive deep into data, and translate insights into clear, impactful decisions.
Communication. Fluent in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus. You communicate clearly, structure your thinking, and adapt your style to different audiences.

As our Head of HR Business Partnering — you’ll lead, coach and develop our team of HR Business Partners to deliver a best-in-class support across our international locations. You own and deliver the people strategy across all organisational pillars, working hands-on with leaders to boost organisational effectiveness, build leadership capability, and embed a high-performance culture that scales with our growth ambitions. You’ll translate strategy into measurable HR programs, advise senior leadership on talent, succession and performance, and lead people-centric change to accelerate business outcomes.

Your playing field:

Partner with the Director of HR to design and execute the people strategy, ensuring alignment with Tipico-wide goals and culture.
Support organizational growth and transformation initiatives, including scaling digital capabilities, integrating new technologies, and evolving ways of working.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on org design, talent, succession, and performance; identify structural and process bottlenecks and implement practical fixes to speed decisions, clarify roles, and boost team impact.
Manage and resolve sensitive and complex employee relations issues, recommending risk-free solutions to ensure that best HR practices are being adopted.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent standards of delivery and strategic alignment.
Partner with business leaders to improve engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory and labour law requirements.
Provide oversight and governance for employee relations cases, workforce planning, and restructuring activities.
Work closely in collaboration with the HR senior leadership team including HR operations, HR centre of excellence, talent acquisition and learning & development.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experienced. At least 10 years’ HR Business Partnering experience, with at least 3-5 years in a people management role
Industry experience. Experience of working in an online, gaming, or fast-moving industry is required
Hard-skilled. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Data Driven. Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to make people decisions.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage and negotiate with stakeholders and partners.
