Join us and lead a team of Verification Analysts towards reaching our department targets and goals. Your game plan is to ensure high-quality performance in order to mitigate compliance breaches and to support the Head of Department in executing the department strategy and roadmaps.


Your playing field:

  • You will take ownership of B2C operational alignment between two of our pillars, Online and Retail
  • Lead your team of Agents and Analysts, onboard them effectively and keep track of their performance in reaching our department targets, KPIs and SLAs – we never settle for second!
  • Data is how we stay ahead, gain insights and drive innovation. You will report any technical improvements or abnormalities to our Optimisation team and any suspicious behaviour to our Compliance team.
  • Since our and business relies on ethical transparency and integrity, and it’s the standard we set, you will take care that correct quality monitoring is in place to mitigate compliance breaches.
  • While working closely with Compliance, all GDPR, Legal and Compliance processes will be kept up to date and practical training will be provided to your team, we never stop learning
  • We aim to Maximise Spannung for our customers! So keep up to date with our Customer Operations developments and maintain your strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will support with audits and since every day is different with new challenges to tackle, when ad-hoc matters arise, they’re in your hands.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience. In a similar role or in a Customer Operations function within iGaming . It is essential that you have experience in developing, managing and inspiring team members is essential.
  • Verification Practices and Processes/GDPR/Legal & Compliance. We need your knowledge to reach our goals.
  • Languages. Our #oneteam consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is the way we communicate within the company– score some extra points with us if you can speak and write in German too.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Or post-secondary qualification/equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Strong communicator:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage and negotiate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. We need your attention to detail and to come up with the best solutions for us, along with your Data Mining skills.
  • Knowledge of Tools. You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Confluence and JIRA is beneficial
