As a Technical Product Manager in the Customer Account Tribe, you will own the authentication and access surface — how players securely get into their account and stay protected once they’re there. The domain spans login, MFA, account recovery, B2B APIs, S2S auth, and the risk controls that defend every session.
Your playing field
- Partner with the Product Lead to define and execute the area product strategy for authentication and access, balancing conversion, security, and compliance
- Own the discovery-to-delivery lifecycle across the domain — login, MFA, biometric/passwordless, account recovery, email and phone verification, B2B APIs, S2S auth, session security, and the login risk layer (interception, GeoIP, VPN blocking). Familiarity with OAuth 2.1, JWT, passwordless, and passkeys is a big plus
- Write clear Product Requirement Documents using AI copilots to accelerate drafting, user-story generation, acceptance criteria, competitive teardowns, and documentation
- Define and instrument the metrics that matter — login success rate, MFA challenge/abandon rates, account-recovery success, p95 auth latency, etc.
- Own UAT, story sign-off, and quality across functional, security, and edge-case scenarios
- Work with UX/Design on wireframes and specifications, optimising for low-friction, accessible, and secure flows
- Partner across Compliance, Risk/Fraud, Security, Customer Service, Commercial, and Bookmaking to collect, prioritise, and reconcile requirements
- Champion AI Agentic mindset, particularly for risk scoring, anomaly detection, and adaptive MFA including responsible application in a licensed context
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Knowledge. University degree in Computer Science or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years as a (Technical) Product Manager using Scrum/Agile delivery
- Technical background. Working understanding of SOA/microservices, RESTful API design, and OAuth/OIDC at a level where you can review and reason about the team’s implementation. Familiarity with authentication, MFA, and session management
- Identity & security literacy. Comfortable with the concepts above, and able to weigh conversion vs. security vs. compliance trade-offs
- AI fluency. Hands-on use of AI/agentic tools in product work, plus the judgment to apply them responsibly in a regulated environment
- Language. Professional English, written and verbal
- Team player. Proven ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams and product managers
