Your daily pitch:

Passion drives us, our passion for sports, our passion for our retail business. We are always prepared and ready to take things to the next level for our customers, they are our main focus, the center of everything we do. The purpose of this role is to lead a team of CRM Specialists to increase customer retention and engagement across our Retail business by creating excellent multi-channel communication and event-driven ad-hoc promotions. We are driven by customer insights together with our strong business knowledge and you can have an impact on our success story and Maximise Spannung for our customers.

Your playing field

  • You will lead your team to ensure smooth running operations and that they are producing high performance and quality – we never settle for second!
  • You will take ownership of all ad-hoc campaigns, with end-to-end responsibility. From conception, to segmentation, execution and analysis.
  • You will create a collecton of in-shop promotions which our Business Partners can order (for example, for shop openings).
  • To reach our company’s targets, you will take care of our bonus budget distribution.
  • You will own the retail marketing campaign calendar and ensure it’s aligned with all federal state laws, as our focus is on delivering solutions with integrity.
  • Maximise our customers’ experience and life-time value by creating moments of Spannung in each customer’s journey to increase their loyalty.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Work Experience. 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Gaming Industry or CRM experience is also essential.
  • Bachelors/Master’s Degree. in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics or equivalent work experience
  • Languages:
    • English. Our #oneteam consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is the way we communicate within the company.
    • German. As the # 1 sports betting provider in the German-speaking market, we need your fluent German written and verbal skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. We need you to come up with the best solutions for us.
  • Strong communicator:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage and present to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills. And organizational skills to stay on top of the game
  • Highly data driven with a strong understanding of numbers. Let’s make evidence-based decisions and identify opportunities to grow.
  • Knowledge of Tools. You have a good understanding of one Marketing Automation Tool such as Emarsys and have Advanced knowledge of Excel.
