Do you have experience managing and mentoring a successful operations team within the Payments Industry?  Do you maintain a high standard of performance from your team, while encouraging and acknowledging their contributions to the department’s accomplishments? If so, our T eam Lead Operations (m/f/x) role may be just the right position for you! As a T eam Lead Operations (m/f/x) you will be supporting the Head of Operations in the overseeing of daily tasks and responsible to manage and develop a team of Analysts.

Your playing field:

  • We always want to stay on top of our game, therefore you will be supporting the Head of Operations in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance through monitoring of KYC verifications, transaction monitoring and other AML processes.
  • You will share your experience, while developing, leading and training a team of Operations Analysts.
  • Progress is in our culture, therefore you will be leading the team performance reviews and report on operational KPIs to drive consistent improvements.
  • The communication with external stakeholder is essential, hence providing appropriate support to our distributors, business partners and customers will be part of your duties.
  • With your insights, you will be identifying and implementing operational controls in line with regulatory requirements, then support in the creation and maintenance of necessary procedures for the team.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

  • Educational Background . Bachelors Degree in a related field of study as well as professional experience in either Payment Services, Finance or a related fast moving industry.
  • People Management. You bring experience in developing and leading operational teams.
  • Start-up mindset. It is considered an asset, if you have previously worked in a Start-up environment.
  • Communication is key. Excellent Stakeholder Management, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, characterize you.
  • Self organized.   You have an eye for detail and always make sure to keep yourself organized.

  Additional Skills:

  • Fluent in English, oral and written – essential.  German language skills are desirable.
