Do you have experience managing and mentoring a successful operations team within the iGaming Industry?  Do you maintain a high standard of performance from your team, while encouraging and acknowledging their contributions to the department’s success?  If so, our team of Responsible Gaming Analysts may be the perfect team for you to lead!  The Team Lead GDPR and Legal will ensure high quality performance in order to mitigate compliance breaches and will support the Head of Department in executing the department strategy and roadmaps.

 Your playing field:

  • Managing a team of Analysts, onboarding them effectively and monitoring their productivity daily to ensure that they are delivering within the set department targets, KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ensure that all necessary reporting is in place and report any technical improvements or abnormalities to the appropriate team.
  • Make sure that the correct quality monitoring is in place to mitigate compliance breaches.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team, to ensure that all GDPR, Legal and Complaints processes are up to date and practical training is delivered to the team

  • Solution-oriented & hands-on.    You’re consistently achieving results, even under challenging circumstances and always willing to support in operational work.

Additional Skills:

  • BA and 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of managing people in a team-lead role is essential.
  • Deep understanding of GDPR, Legal and Complaints.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
