Your collaborative and self-driven nature will pave the way to working closely with the Responsible Gaming Team Lead as well as other Senior professionals to ensure compliance, reduce errors, suggest process improvements, and document guidelines to achieve excellence within our Customer Operations.

Your playing field
- You will be working closely with the Player Safety Management, to execute the Responsible Gaming (RG) strategy and reach set targets, while acting as a reference on complex RG escalations.
- A close collaboration with the Team Leads will help you to optimize procedures and training material to increase quality.
- You provide excellent Training to enhance the skills and knowledge of the RG team to prevent compliance violations and minimize human errors within the RG area.
- Implementing and overseeing quality, monitoring processes, as well as ensuring that set procedures are up to date with current business workflows and Compliance Guidelines is a crucial part of this role.
- You analyze data on a regular basis to optimize the product, reach objectives and identify areas for improvements in the RG department.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Experience. You bring some years of relevant experience in Responsible Gaming, and/or Player Safety within the iGaming industry.
- Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. However, as the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills equally important.
- Analytical. You have a very analytical approach of using data and facts to achieve improvement and further development.
- Quality and Ownership. With a high attention to detail and the drive to follow set procedures you provide high quality work. You own your decisions and take responsibility for your work.
- Self-driven. You are an eager and motivated professional who can identify potential needs and gaps combined with being an advocate for collaboration to find the best solution possible.
- Open to change. You maintain a flexible and open mindset that allows you to adapt easily to changing situations and circumstances.
