At Tipico, we play to win, and as a Product Manager (m/f/x) in the Sports Incentives tribe, you’ll be involved in improving our product . Think of yourself as the tactical mastermind, working closely with the Product Lead and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation—just like a top coach shaping a championship-winning squad.
Your playing field:
- Support the Product Lead in setting and executing the product strategy, ensuring Tipico stays ahead of the competition.
- Draft the game plan (Product Requirement Documents) and guide development teams in an Agile environment—leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with development teams to produce and deliver high-impact initiatives, keeping projects on track and delivering quality at every stage.
- Proactively analyze product domain KPIs, collaborate with teams, and spearhead game-changing initiatives to enhance key metrics.
- Take ownership of story UAT and sign-off, ensuring requirements are met and the final product delivers a top-quality user experience.
- Work alongside the Product Lead to conceive, document, and launch new product features and improvements that keep Tipico playing at the highest level.
- Team up with UX Designers to create wireframes, mock-ups, and specifications for new features, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Work closely with Commercial, Compliance, Customer Service, Bookmaking, and other teams to prioritize their requirements alongside product needs.
- Conduct market and competitive research, staying on top of emerging technologies, digital trends, and industry best practices—so we’re always one step ahead.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Tactical Knowledge. You have a university degree in Computer Science or a related field OR at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, leading teams with Scrum Agile methodologies.
- Technical Background. You understand SOA architectures, OAuth, and RESTful APIs at a Product Management level. While you won’t be writing code, you can review implementations, support your dev team, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Sportsbook. You have a background as a Product Manager specializing in developing and optimizing CRM or gambling products. If you have experience in Sportsbook product, earns you extra points.
- Communication. You have English proficiency, both verbal and written, making it easy to work with teammates, stakeholders, and tech teams worldwide.
- Project Management. You can run medium-scale projects, coordinate with multiple technical teams and product managers, and keep the game on schedule.
- Tech Visionary Mindset. You stay ahead of tech trends, understand how they impact your roadmap, and use them to drive innovation. You can also navigate technical challenges and make strategic trade-offs with your team.
