Tipico is looking for a Product Manager - Payments to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day, you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

Your playing field:

  • Lead product and feature initiatives through the entire development lifecycle and release them to deliver value to our customers
  • Act as Product Manager for development teams by defining Epics, User Stories and guide the efforts of the Development Teams in an Agile working environment
  • Within a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the product development of our own software for payments services
  • Work closely with our development teams, architects and tech leads to ensure their requirements are collected and prioritized alongside other product requirements
  • Experienced with managing payment products and integrating new payment methods and gateways to products
  • Responsible for performing UAT and sign-off ensuring requirements and overall quality is met
  • Collaborate closely with other Product Managers to create delivery plans and making sure features are delivered as per agreed commitments
  • Define Non-functional requirements and ensure measures are in place to support management of product and feature performance
  • Work with UXD Team for wireframes, mock-ups, and specifications for new features

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • University Degree . You have a bachelor’s degree in a business area
  • Expertise. You have solid product management experience in software development with technical products
  • Teamwork. You are experienced when working with cross-functional teams and bringing knowledge of banking and payments/financial processes to the table
  • Collaboration. You have technical discussions with stakeholders
  • Passion. You are interested in the business of sports betting
  • Product delivery. You have experience and passion for delivering great products to the customers
  • Strong customer focus. You have the ability to empathize with customer motivations and desires
  • Agile environment. You have experience working in an agile environment and have a strong understanding of product/software delivery lifecycle
  • Project management skills.  You have basic project management skills including product-based planning techniques, business case creation & maintenance and issues
