The Online Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operations across all teams in the Online unit. You will develop processes to increase efficiency and throughput. This individual will strongly support all teams within the Online unit and will play an important part in achieving the company goals!

Your playing field:
- You will act as a stakeholder in various projects for the Online unit.
- You will understand the needs of the Online teams and help to translate their requirements into actions.
- You will gather data from the betting market, using all means available to your disposal.
- You will act as a point of contact for the whole Online team collecting feedback, testing, raising bugs, and proposing improvements.
- You will be the single point of contact for a designated area within the Online unit, owning direct responsibility for key processes.
- Processing documentation for various teams within the Online unit will fall under your realm of responsibilities.

- Analytical . You will scrutinize all available information and implement best practices to ensure the Online unit is performing to its highest potential.
- Tech Savvy . You will possess advanced Excel skills and ideally have a good understanding of Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent German & English language skills are essential.
