As an Office Manager (m/f/x) you’re here to keep the team at the top of its game! Working closely with the Team Lead Office Management, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Malta offices by fostering a safe, collaborative, and vibrant work environment. Just like in football, where every move counts, you'll make a lasting impact by delivering smooth, high-quality office services to help our team succeed.
Your playing field:
- Deliver consistent, hands-on office management services to our Malta offices, ensuring our team can focus on what they do best. Your smooth running of operations is the foundation for a high-performing, winning team!
- Plan and coordinate both internal and external events that energize our employees. With a creative and cost-effective approach, you’ll ensure every event is a memorable experience that reflects the Tipico spirit.
- Own the office space planning play, making strategic moves that maximize productivity and collaboration. Coordinate layout changes, so our team always has the optimal setup for success.
- Oversee and manage company accommodations, becoming the key point of contact for new hires as they settle in. From arranging bookings to handling communications with landlords, you’ll make sure every arrival feels like joining the winning team.
- Team up with the Team Lead to take on the role of Work Safety Coordinator. Organize safety meetings, enter assessments, schedule training (including first aid and fire extinguisher training), and ensure we’re always within regulations – because safety is key to keeping us on top!
- Support with building and travel insurance, and get involved in the annual renewal process, ensuring we have the coverage needed for a smooth, worry-free season.
- Flexibility is your strength; handle various tasks as they arise to keep the office running.
This role is all about fostering a collaborative, responsive environment—and being fully on-site is crucial for making that happen.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Education. A Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or a related field is a bonus – giving you a strategic perspective to tackle global operations like a pro.
- Experience. You have at least 3 years on the field in a similar office management role, where you’ve sharpened your skills in running a smooth operation, much like a coach keeps the team organized and ready for game day.
- Event Coordination. You’re a natural at planning and executing memorable events, bringing creativity and team spirit to every celebration. With an eye for detail, you make sure every event hits the mark and leaves a lasting impression.
- Communication that Scores. Just like a great captain on the field, you’re a clear communicator, ensuring everyone’s in sync – from team huddles to play-by-play updates in written reports.
- Language. You’re fluent in Maltese and English, both spoken and written – essential to lead the local team with confidence and clarity.
