Your daily pitch

We need you to support our Office Management Team Leader with day-to-day office operations. You will be based at our main reception area supporting the entire company in creating a collaborative and high quality, safe office environment. Your playing field

  • Your hands-on service to the business and supporting your Team Lead is how we will ensure an all-rounded office management experience
  • We are always looking to improve so you will be coordinating projects and initiatives whilst collaborating with your team members, stakeholders and management.
  • We’ve invested in a workplace where our One Team can be comfortable and do their best work. Own the office space planning and coordinate implementation of any agreed changes.
  • Here, there’s always a fun event or two to look forward - Plan, tailor and deliver company events, both externally and internally according to the requirements and budgets
  • Take ownership and manage our company accommodation, liaising with the landlord/rental agencies
  • To maintain our cool,stylish and modern offices, we have a Suppliers network, which you would need to support your Team Lead with.
  • We’re always prepared and care for our employees, coordination of Building and Travel Insurance is in your hands! Be proactive in the annual renewal process.
  • Here no two days are the same within our fast-paced working environment, manage any ad-hoc administrative tasks that arise according to our business needs.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Degree level Education.   or an equivalent qualification.
  • Office Management experience.  Score extra points with us if your experience is within the Gaming industry!
  • Languages.  Our #oneteam consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission.  English  is the way we communicate within the company. Score extra points if you are fluent in Maltese and have basic German language knowledge!
  • Strong communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills- You know how to manage stakeholders and team members.
  • No one beats your Organisation skills.   You have strong coordination abilities especially when organising travel arrangements and internal/external events for both small and large groups.
  • Stay on top of your game. Meeting the different demands, with your range of responsibilities , your strong attention to detail, ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-task and prioritize work is what will keep you on top.
  • Knowledge of Tools.  You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint and planner).
  • Event coordination/management knowledge. As with everything else, we like to stay ahead – this can also be said with our events so we need you to keep the Spannung rolling outside of the office with our exciting, fun, and always-memorable events.
