As a key player, you'll lead the CRM lifecycle team to boost customer loyalty and engagement at Tipico through football-centric campaigns. Your goal is to (re)develop strategic customer journeys that turn casual players into loyal fans, enhancing the online and digital experience. Your efforts will drive Tipico's success by building a more active, healthier customer base and increasing customer lifetime value, ensuring Tipico remains the go-to for football enthusiasts.

Your playing field:

  • Lead a team of five CRM Lifecycle Managers, ensuring their efficiency and the quality of service delivered to the business.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of highly automated and personalized campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on player lifecycle journeys based on diverse models and user behaviour analysis.
  • Ensure the best possible use of all marketing tools through close collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyze, and track the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports while balancing them against the budget.
  • Drive campaign improvements through A/B testing and insights from the marketing intelligence team.
  • Automate communication across all customer flows, including KYC and EDD processes.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

  • CRM experience. 3+ years of experience in the field of CRM and have already proven your skills within successful CRM campaigns developed from scratch.
  • People Management . With your hands-on mentality and first-people management experience, you will own this role from the very first day. Previous experience in a leadership role is required. 
  • Project Management.  Your outstanding Project Management skills will help you to develop and drive forward new projects while always having the overview and foresee the next steps for reaching the set goals.
  • Process Optimization and Efficiency Expertise. Ability to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimization strategies that enhance productivity and resource utilization.
  • Technical Understanding.  You are confident in using common CRM tools such as Emarsys (or comparable) as well as MS Office programs, especially Excel, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
  • Communication.  Tipico is an international Company and English is our main language. German skills would be nice to have.
