As a CRM Success Manager / Data Analyst (m/f/x) , you work on data analyses and reports and consequently translate the findings into operational actions for the other CRM teams. By presenting the insights to stakeholders and other CRM teams, you help to continuously improve CRM campaigns and lifecycles.  

  Your playing field: 

  • A/B testing.  With your analytical skills, you will analyse A/B testing initiatives of CRM activities, including overseeing the correct execution, preparing the data for Commercial Insight and helping to translate the results into CRM actions and cost estimations 
  • Improving.  Always being on top level of performance, you provide input to support the drive of change regarding testing and improve CRM measures based on data analysis plus survey results 
  • Quality is king.  For the best possible outcome, you carry out continuous quality checks of cycle logics and communication content 
  • Focus on Numbers. To ensure a profitable business, you increase the ROI of all bonus spendings and channel usage (e.g. Outbound Calls, SMS) based on Commercial Insight reports  
  • One for all and all for one. You support with ad-hoc requests for any business need (CRM / AML etc) 
  • Documentation . To further increase precise campaign cost estimations, you document and archive results.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch: 

  • Experience.   You have 2+ years of CS, CRM, or Gaming industry experience.
  • Customer centric mindset.   The customer is always in the middle of everything you do.  As such, you design and deliver solutions with them in mind. 
  • Collaborative.    You will work cross-functionally with external partners and internal teams to nurture mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Open to change.     You maintain a flexible and creative mindset that allows you to adapt easily to changing situations and circumstances.
  • Personal & professional integrity.   You have the desire and determination to work hard to meet the job’s goals while adhering to policies.
  • Solution-oriented & hands-on.   You’re consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances and never too busy for operational work.

  Additional Skills: 

  • English language skills both written and spoken are essential.
  • Knowledge of retention and reactivation strategies.
  • Good SQL and Excel knowledge.
