You will lead our AML team to ensure that all operational AML procedures are followed precisely. We need at least five years of leadership experience in the gaming industry and AML best practices. Working for a regulated company that ranks as the number one sportsbook in Germany requires an analytical and strategic leader. We need you to build solid procedures and monitoring systems to mitigate compliance breaches. Strong management skills are required to lead a considerable large team and develop a high-performing team while hiring highly skilled members to monitor all procedures. Your playing field:

  • AML . You will work closely with our Director of Customer Operations to develop and execute the AML strategy and reach set targets.
  • Ownership . You will take ownership of leading the B2C operational alignment between two of our pillars, Digital and Instore.
  • Procedures are the core of our operations, it is important to ensure that they are documented to a high standard, are always up to date and capture data points to stay on top of all behaviors.
  • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring strong monitoring systems are in place to mitigate compliance breaches.
  • Together with other team members #oneteam, we maintain Success Rates at optimal levels with special attention to EDD SR% while gathering an in depth understanding of all verification tools.
  • Develop . Keep up to date with all Customer Operation developments, whilst also building strong relationships with the MLRO, our Compliance team and other senior stakeholders.
  • Improve . We are consistently reinventing ourselves, report on our operational performance and share your ideas and improvements to Senior Management up to C- Level.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.  Working within AML Operations in the iGaming sector at mid-management level at the least, 3 of them working at Head of level.
  • Excellent Understanding of all Customer Operations Functions.  We need your knowledge to reach our goals, along with the understanding of Verification and AML tools. Also, familiarity with all business functions including Compliance, HR, Finance, Marketing, Technology and others
  • Strong Knowledge of EU . (4th AMLD, 5th AMLD), German License & MGA regulations
  • Languages.  Our #oneteam consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission.  English  is the way we communicate within the company– score some extra points with us if you can speak and write in  German  too.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.  Developing, managing and inspiring your team members is essential.
  • Strong Stakeholder management and Influencing skills.  Excellent presentation skills – you know how to manage and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.  We need your data analytics and reporting skills to come up with the best solutions for us. You are also strong with numbers and resource planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.  Especially Powerpoint
