Your daily pitch

As a key member of our team, you’ll take ownership of delivering exceptional player engagement by designing and executing gamification campaigns, leveraging AI-driven personalization, and collaborating across Brand, CRM, and Design teams. You’ll ensure flawless campaign delivery, optimize performance, and continuously innovate to keep players engaged and coming back for more.

Your playing field:

• You will drive day-to-day player engagement initiatives through the execution of gamification mechanics, AI-enabled content and personalised experiences, in line with agreed brand and engagement frameworks.
• You will manage the daily delivery of gamification campaigns and missions, ensuring accurate setup, smooth execution and ongoing optimisation to support retention and revenue objectives.
• You will work closely with Brand, CRM and Design teams to deliver integrated and consistent engagement campaigns across relevant player touchpoints.
• You will coordinate with designers and relevant stakeholders to brief, review and deliver creative assets that enhance campaign visibility, clarity and impact.
• You will monitor competitor activities and broader industry trends to identify opportunities for improving engagement mechanics and campaign performance.
• You will prepare and share regular performance updates, insights and learnings to inform optimisation and support wider engagement and brand discussions.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Experience.  You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in in a similar, target-driven role within a fast-paced, commercial environment, where you were focused on delivering results.
• Passion. You are passionate about online slots and player engagement, with a good understanding of what makes slot games engaging and how to translate this into compelling player experiences.
• Collaboration.  You can build effective working relationships with game studios and partners to support engagement initiatives.
• Planning & Execution. You can plan activities and align day-to-day actions with agreed objectives.
• Communication. You have excellent communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with your colleagues and stakeholders.
• Team Contribution. You are a reliable and proactive team player with a creative, player-first mindset.
• Language.   English fluency is required, as it’s our main language on and off the pitch. As the #1 sports betting company in Germany, proficiency in the German language would be a strong advantage.
