Then show us your game face – because we’re looking for a  Customer Operations Optimization Specialist (m/f/x)  to join the team.

Your daily pitch:

You work closely with the CO Optimization Manager and help to identify technical improvements in order to optimise operations flows and also assist with the integration of new tools within the Customer Operations Department.

Your playing field:

  • You assist all Customer Operations functions Managers to optimize their flows from a product optimization perspective to increase efficiency and achieve the groups defined KPIs for C-Ops.
  • You identify improvements on both the product and operational tools.
  • You manage all technical bugs identify by the Customer Operations teams.
  • You also communicate and support with the testing of released features requested by Customer Operations.
  • You manage dependencies across Customer Operations teams and Product Owners.
  • You will design Customer Heat Maps for identifying workloads and optimize handling of any operational items in real time.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

  • Customer Operation.  To totally fulfill this position, it is mandatory that you have a deep understanding of all Customer Operations processes, such as the handling of all contact and German license requirements.
  • Language Skills.  As an international company with over 40 different nationalities, English is our common language of communication. However as #1 sports betting company in Germany, it is also essential to speak and understand fluent German in both ways, verbal and written.
  • Communication.  Not only do you understand both mentioned languages, also it is important you can communicate confidently to your team, manager, and stakeholders to discuss new ideas.
  • Project Management.  For this challenging job it is necessary for you have first project management experience, so you can push forward and innovate process within this everchanging environment.
  • MS Office.  When evaluating and analyzing results of your projects or creating presentations, your advanced MS Office skills come into play, as these tools will be part of your daily business.
