You will be supporting the Customer Operations Optimisation Manager with all technical tickets which are created by the Customer Operations teams that are focused on the verifications aspect of the product. Working closely to different technical teams, you will be responsible for identifying technical improvements in order to optimise operations flows and will also assist with the integration of new tools within the Customer Operations Department. You will be involved in elevating the product experience.

Your playing field:

  • Optimise .  You will the Customer Operations management to optimise flows from a product optimisation perspective in order to increase efficiencies.
  • Product focus.   You will identify potential improvements on both and the verification tools. 
  • Stakeholder management.  You will write business with a clear scope and share them with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Integrate.  Assist with the integration of new tools within the Customer Operations department.
  • Testing.  You will carry out Front and Back-end User Acceptance Testing on new tools and released features. You will also be identifying technical bugs and liaise with vendors and product owners to ensure improvements are done to the tool/product. 
  • Optimising tools. You will find ways of optimising the tools through UAT and analysis of configurations, in order to increase the success rate.
  • Training.  You will deliver training on the used tools to all impacted stakeholders. 
  • Ownership.  You will own contracts for the verification tools and make sure they are escalated, approved and renewed on time including the invoicing aspect. You will also ensure that JIRA is always up to date and lead training sessions on such a process. 

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.  Working in a similar operational role within the gaming industry specifically on verification products. 
  • Excellent Understanding of all Customer Operations Functions.  We need your knowledge to reach our goals, along with an understanding of Verification and AML tools, and also having an understanding Customer Operations methodologies. 
  • Languages.  Our #oneteam consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission.  English  is the way we communicate within the company– score some extra points with us if you can speak and write in  German  too.
  • Advanced analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.  We need your data analytics and reporting skills to come up with the best solutions for us.
