Customer Operations is a dynamic large team of 190+ which is responsible for Payments, Customer Services, Player Safety, AML, Verification, Player Safety, Fraud and much more. 

Your playing field:

  • Team Leadership.  As the Customer Operations Analytics Manager(m/f/x), you will supervise and mentor a team of specialists, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 
  • Dashboards . You will create and maintain dashboards and reports, utilizing data visualization tools like DOMO/Tableau to identify abnormalities on the spot.   
  • Data Analysis.  You will support subject experts with data analysis to bring in more insights and data driven decisions 
  • Collaboration . You collaborate seamlessly with data engineering teams to ensure data sources are accessible and well-organized. 
  • Stakeholder Management.  You collaborate with Customer Operations department heads and executives to understand their data needs and effectively communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strategy . You play a vital role in contributing to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy.


Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.  In a similar operational role within the gaming industry, specifically in Customer Operations.  
  • Data Analysis Expert:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights. 
  • Tech Stack:  Proven experience in SQL, DOMO, Tableau 
  • Managerial Experience: Proven managerial experience of data analytics team  
  • Excellent Understanding of all Customer Operations Functions . Understanding customer operations methodologies and end users' needs is essential to succeed.  
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills. To succeed in this role, you would require excellent Written and Communication skills.   
  • Proactive . You are a doer! You gained a reputation of being self-motivated and solution oriented.  
  • Organization : Strong organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and interpretation.
