If so, the Sports Marketing Retention team at Tipico may be just the place for you!  The  CRM Lifecycle & Personalization Manager (m/f/x) will outline and realize customer lifecycle campaigns and communications, both transactional and for marketing purposes. We continuously look to improve player effective engagement and (re-)develop customer journeys across online and digital shop customers.  Accomplishing this is how you will make an impact towards the Tipico success story by having a more active and healthier database whilst increasing customer lifetime value.

Your playing field

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies and using marketing automation tools to create transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies to grow our early sportsbook player lifecycle and improve customer acquisition across multiple products. 
  • You will be meeting business goals by creating and executing promotional campaigns, employing A/B testing for learning and performance scaling, while ensuring all communications are on brand and impactful. 
  • Working closely with data science, product, marketing, and insights teams while applying your analytical mind-set, you understand consumer behaviour and segmentation and redesign the latter accordingly. These insights help you identify business opportunities and develop new lifecycle marketing strategies like for e.g. DS models. 
  • Continuously optimise our partner-facing touchpoints and automated campaigns by providing analysis, insightful reports, and actionable guidance. You will be documenting your findings and processes to pave the way for future growth in both Germany & Austria.
  • As an expert user in CRM tools like Emarsys, you coach and mentor team members, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of features, functionalities best practices, and marketing automation techniques. 

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

  • Qualification. You are holding a Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • Experience. You bring relevant experience in CRM, MarTech, Marketing programmatic or a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Language skills.  English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are desirable but not essential
  • Data Driven . Analytical affinity combined with a strong understanding of data increases your productivity.
  • Process-oriented. You are (re-) designing complex processes by using your technical understanding and innovative and forward-thinking mind-set.   
  • Solution-oriented & hands-on. You are focused on achieving excellent results and able to challenge the status quo by being confident in your abilities and knowledge, as well as always open to learn and expand your expertise.   
  • Customer-oriented.  You fully understand what our customers are looking for and continuously put yourself in their shoes to offer the best experience possible.
