Then the role as CRM Engagement Manager (m/f/x) within our Sports Marketing Retention Team could be exactly what you are looking for. Your playing field

  • You develop actionable concepts based on user stories and data insights, which you align with organizational objectives and present to stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party partners to execute field studies and test innovative engagement ideas.  You ensure a seamless onboarding process and operational coordination.
  • You always have an eye on our competitors from marketing/CRM perspectives and actively adapt operational strategies to industry trends. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and 3rd party providers to launch MVPs aimed at driving engagement and turnover.  
  • You monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of new features and constantly adapt the idea to optimize ROI.


Which skills should you bring to the pitch

  • Experience. You bring   extensive and relevant experience within the CRM/ Marketing field.
  • Qualification. You hold a Bachelor’s degree, or you have relevant years of work experience, in Marketing or any other related area.
  • Language skills.  English is the official language in our Malta office therefore, fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, good German language skills are desirable.
  • Business acumen. Being a sparring partner who is solution oriented and at the same time values collaboration and respectful work.
  • Curiosity towards the new.  Always looking for new ideas to create innovative and better ways for the organization to be successful.
  • Customer-oriented.  You have a strong customer-centric mindset. You are energized by interacting with people and putting yourself in their shoes to drive customer engagement and activity.
  • Analytical skills. Uncover and gain valuable insights with your analytical thinking.
