Your daily pitch

Working as our new CRM Analyst (m/f/x) you play a crucial role in our CRM department. With your ability to analyze raw data and translate these into operational recommendations combined with your attention to detail, you support our department to understand and improve the effectiveness of their CRM campaigns and communication channels. Your findings will have a direct commercial impact. 

Your playing field

  • Using your analytical skills, you will analyze A/B testing initiatives of CRM activities to provide commercial insights and translate the results into CRM actions.
  • Your insights reports make a tangible difference to the ROI of all bonus spendings and channel usages.
  • As you constantly track and monitor all CRM actions the quality and accuracy of the data is immaculate.
  • You are ready to step in and support other internal departments with ad-hoc requests.
  • For future references and continuous improvements regarding cost estimation and campaign effectiveness, you document and archive results.
  • Through visualizing your data, your colleagues can use tis as a valuable and helpful source of information.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Experience. You bring first experience in an analytical role (for e.g. Analyst, Research Manager, Data Insights), preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Qualification. You have passed a vocational training in a related field or hold a Bachelors´ Degree in Business Administration, Data (analytics), Marketing or similar.
  • Language skills.  English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential as well.
  • Customer centric mindset. Customer satisfaction is your priority. You design and deliver solutions with them on your mind.
  • Attention to detail. You don’t even miss the tiniest detail. Being very accurate to provide the best insights into the data.
  • Excel. Your Excel game is on point , as you have worked with it in previous roles.

Nice to have:

  • German. German language skills would definitely of advantage as we are the leading sports betting provider in Germany.
  • Tool. Domo or Clickview experience will help you settle in your role a bit quicker but more important is to be open to learn new things. Also PowerBI and Tableau experience would be very helpful.
