You will be working closely with the CO Tooling Optimisation Manager and become a crucial part in driving forward technical initiatives within our Customer Operations department. Your goal is to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and performance within Customer Operations. To do so, you will be integrating new tools, monitor and identify improvements and act as the interface between the business and our systems.
Your playing field:
- You analyze existing processes and suggest ways to improve them for a smoother customer experience.
- You own and drive projects with the goal to produce high-quality deliverables, using Project Management tools.
- You prepare, participate and manage workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- You bring value to the business and be the voice of Customer Operations with our technical teams.
- You manage the implementation of new technologies and ensure a seamless transition.
- You are streamlining processes and ensure a clear and engaging communication to all stakeholders and management.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Qualification. You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or have an equivalent level of qualification.
- Experience. You have worked in a similar role before, bringing hands-on and operational experience. Ideally you have a background in Customer Operations and/or Project Management.
- Industry Knowledge. You have a good understanding of complex industries, ideally in sports betting and/or iGaming.
- Project Management. We need your expertise to reach our goals. You have excellent knowledge of project management methodologies as well as experience with stakeholder management.
- Innovative. You are a self-starter, taking initiative to drive projects forward with an open mind for new ideas.
- Communication. You have excellent communication skills in English and you are able to negotiate and communicate with different stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mind. We need your decision-making and problem-solving skills to come up with the best solutions for us.
