Because we are looking for a passionate CO Quality Control Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team.

Customer Operations is a dynamic large team of 190+ which is responsible for Payments, Customer Services, Player Safety, AML, Verification, Player Safety, Fraud and much more. 

As a CO Quality Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the governance and quality standards within our Customer Operations department. 

Your daily pitch:

  • Training and Quality Excellence:  Collaborate with operational teams to provide robust training, ensuring a high-quality framework for customer operations excellence. Work together to reduce human errors and enhance overall team performance.
  • Documentation Expertise:  Support subject experts in documenting processes and procedures to streamline operations and ensure clarity. Proofread materials to maintain consistent standards and enhance overall document quality.
  • Approval Process Management:  Ensure all processes and procedures undergo a rigorous approval process and are regularly updated to align with industry standards.
  • Consistent Standards:  Proofread various materials to elevate and maintain consistent quality standards across all documentation.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist the lead in various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

  • Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, communication, technical writing) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:  Gaming industry experience in Customer Operations or Customer Services. Proven document writing or technical writing experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant role.
  • Communication:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive . You are a doer! You gained a reputation of being self-motivated and solution oriented.  
  • Organization : Strong organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and interpretation.
