Because we are looking for a passionate Analytics Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team.

Customer Operations is a dynamic large team of 190+ which is responsible for Payments, Customer Services, Player Safety, AML, Verification, Player Safety, Fraud and much more.

Join our dynamic Customer Operations team as a  Analytics Specialist (m/f/x) and play a pivotal role in shaping decision-making processes through data-driven insights.

Your playing field:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends and patterns. Conduct in-depth exploration and statistical analysis to extract meaningful insights.
  • Visualization and Reporting: Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as DOMO or Excel. Make complex data accessible to non-technical stakeholders, providing them with actionable information.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to address specific business questions or objectives. Ensure reports are accurate, up-to-date, and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Accuracy: Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Identify and rectify data anomalies or discrepancies, maintaining a high level of data quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various Customer Operations functions to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Documentation: Maintain records and documentation of dashboards, reporting methodologies, and analysis techniques to ensure a transparent and organized workflow.

  • Educational Background:  You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or business.
  • Industry Experience:  2/3 years of hands-on experience in the iGaming Sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Analytical Proficiency: S trong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Communication Skills:E  effective communication and presentation skills, ensuring the clear conveyance of data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written) – essential. Fluency in German (verbal and written) is desirable.
