Your daily pitch
Managing one of our most important B2B contracts, with a high financial volume, our new Business Performance Analyst has an eye for detail and strong analytical skills. You monitor and analyze the performance of our Business Partners, if needed you challenge the status quo, resulting in adaptation or implementation of new schemes. Keeping a continuous overview of the contracts and the billing process, you ensure that operations run smoothly and that everything is done according to the agreed guidelines. Your strong communication skills help you to align with your stakeholders and successfully relay any changes in KPIs. In this role, you will play an important part in further strengthening the relationship with our Business Partners, as well as Tipico’s future success.

Your playing field
- Working as #oneteam you work in close collaboration and communicate closely with various stakeholders, especially highlighting and explaining any changes in KPIs.
- You are confident in taking responsibility of high volume B2B contracts.
- Analyze the performance of our Business Partners and challenge the status quo to be able to give valuable recommendation to support improvement.
- Controlling the billing process and maintaining a strong overview of numbers and contracts is crucial for this role to ensure alignment to agreed guidelines.
- With your outgoing personality you liaise with other internal departments to analyze commission models for different use cases and come up with new schemes, as well as suggest adaptions.
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Qualification. You are holding a Bachelors’/ Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics or in any other relevant field
- Experience. You already have several years of experience in a similar role
- Language skills. Communication with our Business Partners in Germany is one of your daily tasks, therefore native German language skills are essential. As English is the official language in our company, a fluent level of English is required for this role as well.
- Collaboration. Working closely with other internal teams and our Business Partners to increase performance.
- Integrity. Managing high volume contracts requires a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

- Igaming. Experience in the Igaming industry is of advantage but with the right mind-set is even more important.
