Your playing field

Drive investigations, review Source of Wealth and Source of Funds documents, and ensure every move complies with regulations.
Apply the 4-eye principle to key AML procedures, making sure accuracy and risk control stay at the top of the game.
Investigate accounts, run multiple account checks, and stay alert on PEP and Sanctions monitoring to spot risks before they score.
Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers, ensuring risks are properly assessed, documented, and mitigated.
Compile and deliver Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to authorities, tracking accounts with precision and keeping compliance goals in sight.
Promote a compliance-first culture by guiding colleagues and customers on AML/KYC best practices, ensuring everyone plays by the rules.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch

Education. Higher secondary or above.
Experience. At least 2 years in an AML role, ideally within the iGaming arena.
Language skills. Fluent in English; You'll get extra points if you speak German.
Knowledge. Strong understanding of AML regulations and guidelines, with sharp skills in processing and interpreting data.

Build and deliver KPI reports for both A/B tests and product roadmap releases, ensuring results are clear, reliable, and aligned with business goals

Ensure all tracking configurations are scalable, standardized, and aligned with best practices

Experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical product analytics or tracking role
Tools. Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager (client & server-side), analytics and behavioural tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory (or similar), and marketing pixels; knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus
Technical Skills. Practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging and implementation

As our new Product Manager - Payments (m/f/x), part of our Payment Technologies team, you will help shape the core systems that enable deposits, withdrawals, payment routing, and regulatory compliance across markets.

Your playing field:

Own the full lifecycle of payment products and features—from discovery to release and performance optimisation
Define Epics and User Stories, guiding development teams in a fast‑paced Agile environment
Drive strategic development of Tipico’s payment platform, including:
- Integration of new payment methods and PSPs

- Standardised, scalable payment APIs and backend services

You will create and maintain both batch (ELT) and real-time data pipelines and architecture.

3 years of work experience . That is relevant for us and this position.
Cloud data services. Such as AWS services as S3, Athena, EC2, EMR, AWS Batch and Lambda.
Large-scale production databases and SQL. Familiarity with large cloud DWH tools such as Redshift or Snowflake, including data modelling techniques and handling of very large datasets.
ELT. Experience with ELT development (extractions, data load, aggregation) using tools such as DBT and Airflow.
Governance. Understanding and experience of data quality concepts and tools. Also, experience with using data catalogue tools.

Als unser Regulatory Research Manager (m/w/d) bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Forschung, Politik und Praxis. Du analysierst Studien, wissenschaftlichen Debatten und unterstützt unsere Teams Chancen im wissenschaftlich-politischen Umfeld schnell zu erkennen.
Du steuerst und koordinierst Forschungsprojekte und Studien im Bereich Glücksspiel.

Damit punktest du bei uns

Qualifikation. Du bringst einen Bachelor oder Masterabschluss in Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie, Politikwissenschaften, Mathematik oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung mit.
Expertise. Du hast bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft und Politik sammeln können, zum Beispiel im wissenschaftlichen Dienst und/oder bringst Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position aus einem stark regulierten Umfeld mit.
Analytisches Mindset. Deine ausgeprägten Analyse- und Forschungsfähigkeiten paarst du mit solidem Methodenwissen, kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich kommunizieren und arbeitest selbstständig sowie strukturiert.
Tools. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Tools, insbesondere Excel und hast auch bereits Erfahrung im Einsatz gängiger analytischer Tools sammeln können (i.e. Tableau, Power BI).

You are running the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Education . Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent degree
Experience . 2+ years of experience in similar positions like Senior Software Developer or Performance Lab Engineer.
Programming Skills. You can program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Java, JavaScript and Python
Subject Matter Expert . You are an expert in cloud computing technologies (AWS)
You have solid knowledge and experience working with Kubernetes (administration, optimisation, CRDs)
Proficiency in CI/CD and provisioning tools (GitHub actions, Terraform).
Issues are challenges for you. You have a proactive approach in identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

As our Head of HR Business Partnering — you’ll lead, coach and develop our team of HR Business Partners to deliver a best-in-class support across our international locations. Your playing field:

Partner with the Director of HR to design and execute the people strategy, ensuring alignment with Tipico-wide goals and culture.
Support organizational growth and transformation initiatives, including scaling digital capabilities, integrating new technologies, and evolving ways of working.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on org design, talent, succession, and performance; identify structural and process bottlenecks and implement practical fixes to speed decisions, clarify roles, and boost team impact.
Manage and resolve sensitive and complex employee relations issues, recommending risk-free solutions to ensure that best HR practices are being adopted.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent standards of delivery and strategic alignment.
Partner with business leaders to improve engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory and labour law requirements.
Provide oversight and governance for employee relations cases, workforce planning, and restructuring activities.
Work closely in collaboration with the HR senior leadership team including HR operations, HR centre of excellence, talent acquisition and learning & development.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experienced. At least 10 years’ HR Business Partnering experience, with at least 3-5 years in a people management role
Industry experience. Experience of working in an online, gaming, or fast-moving industry is required
Hard-skilled. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Data Driven. Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to make people decisions.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage and negotiate with stakeholders and partners.

You'll collaborate with the Director of AI & Data Science, Data Science Managers, and other Tipico’ Project Managers on projects prioritization, project management and delivery communication.
You will drive alignment with the Director of AI & Data Science, Data Science Managers roadmap, targets and scrum team objectives.
Communicating roadmap and objectives clearly to stakeholders.
Guiding stakeholders on their information needs for their respective processes and operations and working on new projects to facilitate the requirements gathering process.
You'll support the overall AI governance and architecture including the evaluation and investigation of different AI tools and solutions across multiple functions of the organization in order to allow the SRC AI team to gather knowledge in the company’s AI assets, platforms, processes and tools.
You will also support the conceptualisation and realisation of new AI and GenAI solutions together with business and AI teams.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

Experience. You are experienced working on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or big data projects and familiar with the associated lifecycles & delivery teams. You're comfortable in managing multiple projects simultaneously and using project management techniques for tracking, monitoring, visualising and improving team efficiency.
Qualification. You have a Masters' degree in IT, or a related field.
Technical background. You have an understanding of Agile mindset and experience working in an agile environment, preferably using scrum methodology. You'll also have a basic understanding of AI and Generative AI.
Communication. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, have a structured approach and can communicate clearly and in an efficient way with different stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
