As the Retail Services Manager (m/f/x), you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating
and managing diverse processes within our business operations. Serving
as the crucial link between shop consultancy, franchisees in
Germany/Austria, and our Retail departments in Malta, you will be at the
forefront of driving excellence in contracts, finance, retail legal, and other
key pillars within the Tipico Group

Your playing field:

  • You will serve as the seamless interface between Shop Consultancy, Operations, Internal Support, Retail Malta Contracts, Legal & Compliance, ensuring clear and efficient communication across departments.
  • You will lead the charge in the onboarding and offboarding processes for stores and franchisees, driving efficient process and change management initiatives.
  • You will contribute significantly to the preparation and establishment of internal policies, training programs, and instructions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • It's in your hands to create, review, and enhance processes, systems, and training requirements, maintaining a dynamic and efficient operational environment.
  • As the go-to person on contractual and financial matters within the retail business, you will provide valuable insights and guidance to the team.
  • You will lead and execute project management activities within the in-store business, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of key initiatives.
  • Your role includes overseeing Partner and Supplier Management, focusing on Service Level Agreement adherence and cost control to optimize operational efficiency.
  • You will implement and manage robust Quality Assurance processes to uphold and enhance the quality standards across retail operations.

  • Project Management: Your proven ability to lead and execute project management activities will ensure the seamless implementation of key initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
  • Language: We are the market leader in Germany. Therefore, strong communication skills, verbal and written are mandatory. As an international company, English is our main communication language.
