Procurement Due Diligence Administrator (m/f/x)

Would you like to put your passion for analysis and work in a dynamic and agile environment that promotes teamwork and continuous learning? If so, then the Tipico Procurement team may be just the place for you!  In this role, you will take responsibility for overseeing compliance of our suppliers and preparation of various metrics, as well as creation and update of procedures and policies. The Procurement Due Diligence Administrator (m/f/x) will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure collection and verification of all necessary documentation in accordance with internal company policies and regulation changes.

Your playing field

• You will analyse and determinate Due Diligence/KYBP documentation required based upon risk level and services 
• Perform ongoing reviews and screening of existing and new vendors though compliance tools and methods 
• Evaluate and determinate high-risk cases and collect additional information or perform additional checks as required to mitigate any risks.
• Manage process standardisation and improvement.
• Prepare and disseminate various reports and metrics.
• Retrieve necessary information and conduct risk analyses on procurement processes performance.

• Experience.  You have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification, and experience in a similar Procurement/Compliance role in online or fast-moving industry. 
• Strong communication skills.  You always communicate in a friendly, confident and efficient manner, verbally and written. 
• Detail Oriented.  You take pride in taking care of the details. You know the importance of keeping accurate records and you take the necessary precautions to prevent errors from the start. You also have investigation, risk-assessment and analytical skills. 
• Ambition.  You want to add value to an already successful and driven team and help them solving problems.  You have great ideas for new processes and systems which will increase productivity while maintaining accuracy.
