Your playing field

  • To meet business and training requirements you organise, source, design and implement training and development programs.
  • You manage, develop and monitor compliance and mandatory trainings in collaboration with internal stakeholders and service providers and maintain required training records, compile and provide useful reporting on evaluation, attendance and training data.
  • You will have the chance to add value in every step of our employees' lifecycle - Starting from managing the Tipico induction program for all of our new joiners to enabling the exchange of knowledge and building employee engagement through collaborative learning formats.
  • You support designing and implementing training tools and techniques, as well as you are setting up and applying assessment tools, to measure training effectiveness.
  • You take part in managing high-profile company-wide strategic learning initiatives and help communicate and raise awareness around them.

 

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

  • Qualification. You are holding a university degree or diploma in business administration, economics or any other relevant field.
  • Experience. You bring previous years of experience in a similar role, designing and implementing training and learning programs, preferably within a tech/ digital company or the igaming industry.
  • Language. English is the official language spoken across all our offices; therefore excellent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, which operates under German regulations, German language skills are desirable but not essential.
  • Collaboration. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure relevant and mandatory trainings are being designed and executed.
  • Open to change. You maintain a flexible and creative mindset that allows you to adapt easily to changing situations and circumstances.
  • Ownership. Proactively embracing new challenges and take full responsibility for learning and training programs while enabling intra-company knowledge sharing.
  • Solution oriented & Hands-on. You are focused on achieving excellent results and able to challenge the status quo by being confident in your abilities and knowledge, as well as always open to learn and expand your expertise.
