As Data Analyst (m/f/x)   you will continuously analyse and report on Tipico’s gaming compliance health, providing ongoing and full visibility of risks, enabling prevention, as well as ensuring timely and proper risk mitigation

Your playing field:

• Setting up standards. In this important position you are responsible to define KPIs, metrics and reporting capabilities. 
• Monitoring . You will keep an eye on the performance and level of adherence of operational and automated processes. Therefore, you will set up requirement analysis for monitoring capabilities and maintain of auditable documentation.
• Investigate . Any alerts, KPI deviations and other findings will be investigated.
• Oversee. All compliance monitoring activities at all organisational levels will be under your report. 
• Solutions . You will ensure to track timely and proper solution and/or mitigation of gaps and deviations. 
• Consulting . As an expert in your area, you will provide consultancy on reporting improvement at all monitoring levels. 

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

• Experienced.  You have at least 5 years experience in a regulated industry
• Detail Oriented.  You are energised by scrutinising information and documentation to ensure validity. 
• Tech Skills.  You have advanced SQL skills and know how to create and define reports. 
• Data. You know what kind of data to be used and know how to present them.

• Tech Savvy.  You are skilled in using common data tools and can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
• Language Skills . Our team consists of more than 50 different nationalities working together to achieve the Tipico mission.  English is the official language of the Tipico Malta office. For this position, you would also require fluent German skills.
• Travelling.  You would be required to travel between our different offices in Malta and Germany on a regular basis.
