As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you would be providing support to the overall business administration in the Croatia office, with a focus on employment matters, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and ESG compliance, and corporate governance. You’ll manage documentation and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies, while communicating with teams, vendors, and external partners.

Your playing field:

• Support in preparation and maintenance of employment-related documents
• Support with onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and insurance administration
• Coordinate with external partners regarding employee-related services, Health and Safety, First Aid and Fire requirements
• Maintain HRIS records and support internal reporting requirements
• Support in developing internal policies and procedures in accordance with local legislation and Group policies
• Support in preparation standard company's and employee's contracts and files
• Provide administrative support with ESG and GDPR related processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation required for company operations
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and official correspondence
• Support with any ad-hoc administrative/general office tasks and internal projects as needed

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Experience.   You have a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field and you have at least 3-4 years’ experience working in Business Administration, Legal or Human Resources.
• Tech Savvy.  Good knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Advanced organizational and coordination skills.  Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise multiple and often changing priorities.

• Stakeholder Management.  You are an excellent communicator both in verbal and written form, and who is comfortable with being challenged.
• Fluent in English and Croatian (verbal and written) . Our one team consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico’s mission. However, Croatia is the home of our Bookmaking team and this is how we communicate here.
